THRIVE: DISCOVERY WEEKEND


The Thrive: Discovery Weekend took place at The Secret Manor in Tunbridge Wells, with visitors enjoying talks and workshops on wellbeing subjects from calm parenting to men’s mental health, yoga and pilates classes, live cooking demos and a wide range of exhibitors and family activities. The Therapy Spa was non-stop offering visitors mini taster sessions in reiki, reflexology, mini-facials or a range of


massages. Kids were kept busy scaling the climbing wall, joining in a mini fitness class, hunting for bugs in the manor grounds or trying their hand at one of the craft or art workshops while families got together for classes in mindfulness, baby yoga and reflexology amongst others. After all of this activity, the gardens provided the perfect setting to relax in the autumn sunshine and enjoy some delicious, healthy food on offer from local chefs and restaurants. Next event: Thrive: Winter Wellbeing on Saturday 1st December in the beautiful 17th century barn at The Plough at Leigh. £40 per session for a wreath-making workshop and a seasonal wellbeing talk (refreshments included) – plus mini-spa treatments available to book on the day.
