appoints new MD Award-winning Tonbridge-based homebuilder Millwood Designer Homes has appointed Nick Stonley as its new Managing Director. Nick (above) joins at an exciting time when the company is pursuing rapid growth, having recently acquired several new sites in prime areas across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
Former MD, John Elliott
retired in back in July and has been replaced by Nick, who joins Millwood with more than 38 years of experience within the industry, with a particularly strong record of delivering high-specifi cation residential developments. Earned from a strong London- centric contact base specialising in land acquisition and project management, Nick has enjoyed long stints in Managing Director roles at Berkeley Homes, United House Developments and most recently Strawberry Star, leading all through signifi cant growth periods.
Excellence Awards
The Kent Housing Group and the Joint Policy and Planning Board (Kent) hosted its ninth Annual Excellence Awards at the Hilton Hotel in Maidstone, an opportunity to celebrate the success and share innovation for house projects/colleagues and their partner organisations for the benefi t of communities across Kent and Medway.
