make sure it is just that! Start with where it comes from. Water in plastic bottles is a hor- rible choice. First, as I said before, water is a finite, dwindling and critical resource. Some bottled water companies are sucking up the water in very fragile areas, like here in Florida where our water table is sinking. People have to go further down in the ground to get water. Eventually, when the water table gets lower than the ocean, salt water rushes into the nat- ural water table and makes it undrinkable. Stealing our water also creates pockets where we then get sinkholes that swallow up the land and everything on it, including houses, streets and people sleeping in their beds in the middle of the night. Water doesn’t have to be refrigerated.
