The Fort Worth Dressage Club (FWDC) is a club devoted to dressage
and dressage activities for its members. We work throughout the year to pro- vide educational opportunities and fun activities for our members. FWDC holds monthly meetings at Szechuan Chinese Restaurant off of
Bryant Irving the 4th Monday of every month at 6:30 PM. Everyone is wel- come. FWDC’s membership form can be found on our website at
www.fort-
worthdressageclub.com. Please join for a year filled with dressage activities! We welcome all levels of riders on all breeds of horses. We have recently redesigned our website to include pic- tures of members at our dif- ferent events and to include our latest happenings. FWDC sends out a

A picture from the annual pool party
and dressage activities in the area. Please let me know if you would like a dressage event added to our calendar and we would be happy to do so. And if you have a personal accomplishment let us know and we would love to rec- ognize you! FWDC also sends out a twice a month newsletter to members with mem-
ber highlights, classifieds and club happenings. Our July annual pool party was great fun, fantastic food (our host hus-
band grilled fajitas for everyone) and a refreshing salt-water pool completed our total relaxation. Everyone enjoyed the companionship and it was won- derful way to beat the heat. FWDC has planned an education day with speakers from Purina feed, a
saddle fitter, equine massage therapist and leg bandaging expert. We will meet at a member’s house and learn from our speakers, then have pot luck. Much thanks to member Pam for organizing and Mary Louise for donating her facility for this educational event. w
