competed at the Academy show as a member of the team and jumped well, but her greatest achievement was at the Weston Lawns Pony Premier Show where she went straight in at the deep end to jump clear in her first 1.15m class. Jewel is so brave and quite a perfectionist; her hard work is now starting to pay off and hopefully they will both have a fantastic season together.”

The NAF Shining Star Award is for members of a Junior Academy who have shown a great deal of commitment, progression and outstanding behaviour along with their riding ability and much more. Riders are nominated by their lead coach, and then judged and awarded by NAF to one person each month.
Regional show jumpers selected for European Championships
Two regional show jumpers have been selected to represent Great Britain under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF in the Children and Junior European Championships in Samorin, Slovakia. The competition takes place between the 8th – 13th August at the x-bionic equestor sphere.
