Waypoints Upton is a purpose-built dementia care home with nursing set in wonderful grounds and includes bigger, beautifully decorated rooms and wider corridors.


As part of National Care Home Open Day, Waypoints Upton is inviting the community, including carers with their loved ones living with dementia, to come and fi nd out more about living well with dementia. At the event you’ll pick up essential tips and advice from our in-house dementia experts.


You will also be offered a cup of tea, a slice of delicious homemade cake and a guided tour around our beautiful home.
