DIGITAL GROWTH DIGITAL GROWTH

As the leading provider of digital support in the East Midlands, the Chamber offers workshops, funding advice and consultancy on all aspects of ICT and technology to improve business performance

Can you benefit from broadband?

A series of interactive seminars are set to take place to highlight broadband opportunities for SMEs across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. These seminars are a not-to-be-

missed opportunity for businesses that are, or feel they might be, missing out on the huge advantages of broadband due to poor connection speeds. High speed broadband can help

businesses expand their customer base, adopt new technologies and increase growth while improving outputs and efficiency. Register on to one of these

breakfast sessions to find out more about how your business can benefit from adopting high speed broadband technologies and, specifically, the options available in your area. Delivered as part of the Digital

Growth Programme, this fully- funded informative seminar will offer a series of presentations aimed at bringing you fully up-to- date on new technology developments and the support that exists for businesses looking to upgrade and improve their current broadband connectivity. Delegates will have the opportunity to understand the different connection types available - including fibre, 4G, wireless and satellite - and hear from the leading

suppliers in these areas to understand the technologies available, before deciding on the best solution for your business.

SEMINAR DETAILS: • Discover the broadband options available to your business

• Gain an understanding of the broadband technologies available from a range of providers

• Find out what funding support is available to upgrade and improve your broadband

• Hear case studies from businesses sharing their experience

• Opportunity to network and ask the panel questions

Digital advisers from the Digital Growth Programme, which is part- funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), will also be present to provide further advice on the technology grants available for businesses across the three counties the Chamber represents to adopt an improved broadband connection to increase growth and efficiency. With more businesses than ever

before taking advantage of digital technology and faster broadband speeds, see how the Digital Growth Programme can help ensure you don’t get left behind.

Programme offers tender opportunities

East Midlands Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire) is a delivery partner for the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)- funded Digital Growth Programmes. The aim of the programmes, which run until June 2019, is to offer

bespoke and structured support to encourage organisations with real growth aspirations to explore and introduce new and emerging digital technology-based business models to drive performance. In order to fulfil the goals of the programmes, the Chamber is looking to

appoint a network of consultants with demonstrable expertise and skills to lead on development and delivery of a series of digitally themed seminars and workshops and to provide one-to-one business support. To ensure that these activities are delivered by high calibre, experienced

providers, and to meet with ERDF procurement law, a number of tender opportunities have been created. There are 18 in total across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and

Leicestershire with a variety of submission requirements and deadlines. The tenders can be found at www.ebusinessclub.biz/Tenders
