FINDING YOUR VOICE Starts 22 May 2017 Finding your voice is a series of sessions for women that utilise coaching techniques to help you think about what you would like to achieve in your life and/or career. By attending these sessions you will be given the time and space to explore what’s important to you, to gain clarity and renewed purpose and to consider how you would like to make changes. These sessions will support you in making those changes moving forward.


HOW TO COPE WITH STRESS IN TODAY'S COMPLEX WORLD 26 May 2017 Many organisations are facing increasing levels of stress-related absence. In many cases, this is linked to the fact that staff in today's world are facing increasing amounts of pressure, both in their personal and work lives. The ability to become more emotionally resilient is at the heart of this course, together with a good understanding of the links between our thoughts and our outcomes in life.

Development Programme is designed to take your middle managers on a learning journey. Our seven-day programme is designed in a modular format for those who are, or aspire to be, managers of others. It is focused on the key topics needed to be effective and efficient within a manager's role – where decisions made often have implications on others, including those in other departments and upon internal and external customers and partner organisations. This is a practical programme where the days will be designed around the needs of those individuals in attendance. The skills learned can immediately be transferred in to a return on the investment to the organisation. This course runs over a four-month time scale and is limited to 12 delegates.
