Tis course contributes to and even directly influences positive employee morale, demonstrates how to document citizen and parent complaints, and teaches effective time management skills to help reduce both personal and professional stress levels.


ASPEN Training for Student Transporters Presenters: Dr. Ben Belnap & Dr. Ben Springer ASPEN trains busy practitioners from bus drivers and attendants to school admin- istrators on how to prevent and respond to aggressive student behavior. Learn the roots of aggression, what responses do not work and prevention that does, behavior management basics and physical supports. ASPEN trainings include best practices in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) as well as aspects of Positive Psychology, which emphasizes individual strengths and resil- iency. Tese practices were never intended for a select few practitioners. Tese practices were intended (and even recommended) to influence every moving part in education. As such, quality training should be provided to all these moving parts in education
