how to keep her drivers onboard, including rotating schedules to prevent burn-out and boosting salaries from $10 an hour to $14.25 an hour and to focus on securing full-time drivers over part-time and weekend drivers. The process has also shaped her approach to safety training. “We may add some KPIs in the


future; that’s yet to be seen,” she said. “For now, this is our focus and it’s working. We just have to keep focused, positive and upbeat.” ●
