Be an Astronaut B
e an astronaut this summer. Chase a comet, visit the moon and explore Mars in NASA-designed
simulators. By combining fun with learning the Town of Ramapo Challenger Center allows kids, ages 6 to 12, to experience what it’s like to be an astronaut. Their Senior Space Explorers Summer Camp Program encourages children entering the 5th, 6th, or 7th grade to take their passion for space exploration beyond the classroom. Younger kids entering 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade can attend, too, in the Center’s Junior Space Explorers Summer Camp Program. Whether they at- tend for just a week or more, campers will do a variety
of hands-on activities that prepare them for their space missions in the Mission Control and Spacecraft simulators. Campers also will construct and launch rockets, learn computer animation, build and program robots, join the search for life on other planets, learn how astronauts live and work in space, and much more. “The Challenger Center’s Space Explorers Summer Camp Programs will give
your child a fun-filled learning experience that will last a lifetime,” shares program coordinator John Huibregtse.

Discover Integrated Energy Therapy J
ackie Guarracino, owner of Sacred Hands, is now offering Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) healing sessions.
She is currently running a special where first time visitors will receive $30 off the regular $90 session fee. Guarracino, a certified Reiki master, teacher and practi- tioner, recently received her IET certification. Guarracino shares, “I was going through a personal traumatic issue in my life and I needed to find something positive to do for
myself. Through several IET sessions that I received, my life changed for the better. During all of this I started to feel very connected with angels and guided through these angels to learn IET.” IET, also called ‘Healing with the
Energy of Angels’, is a hands-on, power energy therapy system that gets the ‘issues out of your tissues’ for good. Through light therapeutic touch, IET provides a simple and gentle way to open the flow of vital life force within the human body and the human energy field, by using two techniques: energiz- ing in which integrated energy is sent to the human energy field and integrating where energy is sent through specific acupressure-like points to suppress feelings from cellular memory and clear their associated negative energy block- ages then positive energy is imprinted. “This healing energy can help
you bring about and maintain a well- balanced life of joy and happiness by letting go of the old habits that are keeping you from living the life you re- ally want,” says Guarracino.
