Seal the Deal
You are going to watch a segment that aired on a Larry King show on CNN featuring the famous
musician Paul McCartney (formerly a member of the Beatles), as well as his wife Heather McCartney,
a former model, and Danny Williams, who serves as the premier of the Canadian province of
Newfoundland. They are discussing the hunting of harp seals.
Part I
As you watch the segment, write down statements any of them make that you think are important
for the discussion on whether or not seal hunting should be allowed!
