How do you interpret the results of your experiment? Read the following discussion and
use it to explain your results.
This experiment explores the “visible spectrum.” We see objects only if they emit their own light
or if light is reflected off them and enters our eyes. The light we see is made of the different wave
lengths. We call all the wavelengths that we can see “the visible spectrum.” Human eyes interpret
the different wavelengths as different colors. Below you can see the visible spectrum relative to all
other light spectrums.
