for hundreds of runners to take part
in its fi rst ever 10k run, which will
start at 7pm in Finsbury Park,
London, on 13 August.
Entry costs £10 and participants
must raise at least £150 on top of this.

With the aim of completing 108 sun
salutations (a series of yoga movements)
in three hours, this challenge is not as
gentle as its name implies. YogaAid, held
at the Yoga Show in Olympia, will see
different teachers guide people through
the moves. Entry is £5 and the minimum
sponsorship is £108. Monies raised will
support four charities: WSPA, Prison
Phoenix Trust, the Special Yoga Centre
and Shishukunj (LIFE 4 CHILDREN).
