Oxley LED Indicators O
xley LED indicators combine the latest in technology with proven mechanical and optical expertise to provide a range of products designed for the most demanding of industrial and military applications. The unique ‘modular’ design allows a wide range of colours and options to be incorporated into the lamp, including EMI shielding, night vision compatibility and sunlight viewing capability. Oxley lamps deliver high reliability with MTBF in excess of 90,000 hours and complete ‘fit for function’ practicality, providing a cost efficient solution available with a wide range of termination and voltage options. Oxley manufactures high specification IP68 lamps which have been qualified against DESC controlled drawings 85122 and 87019. Available in 8mm mounting and in a range of colours the lamps are 100% screened against Table I and II of the DESC drawings including: burn- in, seal, temperature cycling and luminous intensity testing.

CHURTER is expanding its range of block filters for single-phase systems with its new FMAB NEO
series. This range of single-phase filters combines a compact design with a high level of performance. The use of large X capacitors permits high symmetrical attenuation. The new FMAB NEO filter series boasts a compact design combined with high performance. All versions come with large X capacitors, which ensure high symmetrical attenuation in the lower frequency range. Symmetrical interferences can occur because of phase-angle controllers or semi-conductor relays, for example. When the power semiconductors switch, they generate interference currents between the phase conductor and the neutral conductor. These are known as symmetrical interferences, which the X capacitors positioned between these conductors can help reduce effectively. The filters in the new series have a shiny steel housing with a closed filter base. The filter is thus effectively and completely shielded, no matter how it is mounted. The filter series is particularly suitable for equipment with high symmetrical interferences, such as devices with semiconductors that control high-power equipment such as professional coffee machines, devices with water heaters, and all types of industry electronics. The compact filters are also suitable for medical equipment and household appliances. The filter series is available with plug-in connections or thread bolts (30 A version). A version with wire connection is also available. They have a metal flange for easy screw-on mounting on the housing. The series of devices is designed for current levels from 1 A to 30 A at 250 VAC according to IEC and UL standards. It has ENEC and cURus approvals and is suited for applications according to IEC 60950. Versions are available with small leakage currents <80 µA (M80) or without leakage current <5 µA (M5) for medical equipment according to IEC/UL 60601-1.

screen size 3.2”, 4.3”, 5.7” and 7.0”. The 5.7” and 7.0” displays can also play sounds and jingles into an 8 ohm speaker. The display and touch-screen are controlled by a host system via serial, SPI or I²C (5V) or RS-232, RS-485 or USB. For certain applications the display can be used stand alone and run simple macro programs from the on-board flash memory.

range features a dedicated bracket for horizontal or vertical mounting on poles, masts and other street furniture. ROLEC technoPLUS enclosures have been built to withstand exposed outdoor locations. They are rated to IP 66 (IP 67 optional) and moulded from UV stable ASA Luran (UL 94 HB). Each enclosure is pre-moulded with screw ports for the mounting bracket so no machining is needed. They can be installed ‘lid closed’ to help protect the electronics inside. Retaining straps hold the recessed lid in place if it does need to be opened – useful when the enclosures have to be installed at height or in other difficult locations. Hinged lid trims conceal the fixing screws to deter tampering and to provide further protection against the weather. ROLEC technoPLUS is available in five sizes ranging from 130 mm x 90 mm x 70 mm to 270 mm x 170 mm x 90 mm.

quality control solution for high-temperature heat treatment applications. Featuring up to 20 channels and a large memory for 3.6 million data points, the new DATAPAQ TP3 data loggers record detailed temperature profiles. The loggers can be powered with any of three user-interchangeable battery types:
Lithium, Alkaline, or rechargeable NiMH
batteries. Users can perform ten consecutive profiling runs before downloading to a computer via USB or Bluetooth. Even water or gas quench processes can be profiled – with variable sampling intervals that can be programmed to capture fast temperature changes when needed. The measured temperature range is -100 to 1,370 °C with a ±0.3 °C logger accuracy.
The systems perform
temperature uniformity surveys (TUS) and system accuracy tests (SAT) compliant with AMS 2750E and CQI-9. Datapaq at the METEC-THERMPROCESS exhibition: Düsseldorf, Germany, 16 – 20 June, 2015 Hall 9, Stand B73.
