Every Heartland sales professional receives a branded iPad loaded with atlas, our proprietary web-based tool that empowers our team to manage their careers with ease.


To make certain atlas is never more than an arm’s length away from our sales professionals, we developed a new program that empowers every sales professional with a Heartland branded and customized iPad. Tese tablets not only keep atlas nearby, but they allow for the easy standardization and distribution of other materials—digital sales collateral, organization- wide communications, and Heartland-specific applications.


Te Heartland iPads also provide a user-friendly platform for the delivery of training materials in the ongoing pursuit of mastery for Heartland’s sales professionals. Te organization views this focus on mastery as an opportunity to go above and beyond the right of sales professionals to have effective training.

While traditional training is readily and constantly available at Heartland—everything from the initial 90-day pairing with a sales mentor to on-demand product and methodology training—a path to mastery requires a much greater investment of time and resources than the simple imparting of information.


To that end, Heartland is developing an internal platform for personal and professional mastery— the Heartland Leadership Academy. Te Leadership Academy will feature an ever- expanding library of media—documents, podcasts, and videos— showcasing the knowledge, experience and best practices of Heartland’s leaders and experts, as well as live workshops and expert-led master classes.
