Prototype Li-Ion charger Peter White, Category Manager at CTEK, was on the Bradbury Bros stand to promote the range of CTEK smart chargers for lead acid batteries, and also to preview the company’s smart charger for lithium batteries. White counters the claim that Li-ion batteries don’t require maintenance charging. “While this may be the case for those stored unused, when connected to

ARMR adventure jacket The ARMR Tottori is a new adventure-style jacket available from distributor Tri-Motive. Roadhawk personal camera The new Roadhawk Ride personal camera is designed to produce a date-stamped video that can be used as evidence in the event of an accident. It can be fitted onto a helmet or direct onto a motorcycle, providing a 135 degree field of view. The camera continuously records, holding up to eight hours of footage on a 32GB memory card (8GB card provided). The unit is waterproof, and has been impact tested at more than 60mph. A built-in rechargeable battery provides around 90 minutes recording time, or the camera can connect to a 12v output. It comes with a wide range of mounts for an SRP of £149.95. Sava radial tyres Sava launched its new road Sportforce radial tyre at Expo. Sales manager for the Slovenian factory, Miodrag Ristic (above) said the single compound sport tyre is aimed at nakeds, supermoto and adventure machines in particular, and will fit 17in wheels. Following ‘flat’ sales in 2011 and 2012, Ristic said Sava was hoping for a ten per cent increase in 2013. The MC16 scooter tyre remains Sava’s best seller.
