Awards

During the PRODEX trade fair in Basel, Switzerland, GF Machining Solutions earned a PRODEX Award for Swiss technology innovation in the field of manufacturing and production. The company received the honor for its Ma- chine Spindle Protection (MSP) smart machine module, a spindle protection system engineered for the MIKRON HPM 600U and HPM 800U high-performance milling machines. Introduced in April 2014, the MSP module eliminates crash- related spindle damage, misaligned machine geometry and machine downtime, resulting in higher productivity and lower maintenance costs.
