Simulation Software Vericut CNC machine simulation, verifi cation and optimization software simulates all types of CNC machining. It operates independently, but can also be integrated with leading CAD/ CAM systems. Machine simulation in Vericut detects colli- sions and near-misses between all machine tool com- ponents, such as axis slides, heads, turrets, rotary tables, spindles, toolchanger, fi xtures, workpieces, cutting tools, and other user-defi ned objects. Machine movements can be simulated while stepping or playing backwards in Vericut’s Review Mode, allowing shop-fl oor personnel, suppliers, customers, and production engineers to view animations of the CNC machining process.
