for pre-piercing materials that are prone to delamination, au- tomatic submerged or above-water cutting capabilities, and a proprietary laser plate mapping feature. Jet Edge Inc. Ph: 800-JET-EDGE Web site: www.jetedge.com

Modular Fixturing Systems Modular fi xturing systems for both welding and machining applications will be demonstrated. With the introduction of the Rollover Positioner and Workstation bases, the benefi ts of modular tooling can be extended into more operations. The rollover positioner provides the ability to rotate parts 360° and still handle unlimited con- fi gurations using standard locating and clamping components. Options include extensions for wide parts and built-in rotary ground connector. Bluco Corp.

Circular Saw

The KASTOvariospeed C 15 fully automatic production circular saw processes rapidly changing orders with mini- mum manpower. Carbide-tipped or HSS circular saw blades can be used optionally. The easy-to-use TechnoControl saw control offers the opportunity to enter up to 500 material data for carbide and HSS cutting tools for managing up to 200 cutting orders, entering rush orders and visualizing machine conditions. Features a frequency-controlled 18-kW three-phase motor with a high- performance spur-gear system. Kasto Inc.

I/O Blocks Balluff Weldblocks is a new family of network I/O blocks optimized for extremely noisy electrical environments, such as welding. They are constructed with fi berglass-reinforced composite (polypropylene sulfi de) that inherently resists weld spatter while effectively combating grounding loops and electromagnetic interferences (EMI). Weldblocks promote machine mount distributed modular architecture with IO-Link.

The network node with IO-Link mas- ter on the Weldblock communicates over EtherNet/IP with the PLC or the controller of the machine, while the IO-Link ports can be connected to a variety of IO-Link enabled smart sensor devices or Balluff IO-Link I/O hubs.

Sump Cleaners HydroFlow Sump Cleaners pro- vide effective, thorough and quick machine cleaning to maintain plant productivity and minimize machine tool downtime. Line includes the economical Drum Top Cleaner—a vacuum unit that converts an existing open-top drum into a powerful machine

tool sump cleaner and sucks up tramp oils, used oil and waste coolants—and Reversible Liquid Vacuum as well as sump cleaners. These heavy-duty industrial wet/dry vacuum fi ltration units rapidly and meticulously clean virtually any machine tool sump, tank or pit. Eriez Manufacturing Co. CNC Tube Bender

Line of all-electric CNC benders range from 51 to 254-mm capacity. The machines are based on the proven design of the HMT hybrid benders with the clamp and pressure die now equipped with large electric servomotors. Features can include “quad stack” design, allowing the user to mount up to four sets of full-size bend tools at once. This gives the fl exibility to switch between sizes rapidly or allows for greater capability to bend complex shapes. The machines can also be equipped with a shearing device and load/unload automation for continu- ous production. Horn Machine Tools Inc. Ph: 559-431-4131 Web site: www.hornmachinetools.com
