FABTECH 2015 PREVIEW Powder Collectors

New series of powder collectors is designed to answer the needs of large equipment manufacturers. The collector mod- ules come in three sizes and use a VFD fan control that can be adapted to any size of booth and optimizes the collector’s performance. Modules come with a High Velocity Reverse- Pulse Jet Cleaning System to optimize fi lter effi ciency. All units include a High Static Centrifugal Blower that maintains air fl ow with heavy powder usage. Spray Systems Inc. Ph: 800-736-6944 Web site: www.spraysystems.com

Machining Tools

Somex machining tools feature automatic tool clamping and tool release via pneumatic cylinder, designed for heavy-duty sheet and plate cutting to 51 mm. These tools are typically in- tegrated with laser, plasma and waterjet machines. Through- tool coolant is standard, along with spindle tapers of ISO/ CAT 40. These tools offer spindle concentricity to 0.01 mm. Adapters for servomotor mounting are onboard. Tools also feature a timing-belt drive

system, speeds up to 6000 rpm, spindle torque to 400 N•m. Suhner Industrial Products Corp. Ph: 706-235-8046 Web site: www.suhner.com

Powder Coatings New TruAnodize powder coatings are formulated for superior exterior performance while meeting AAMA 2604 require- ments. The coatings are specifi cally designed for architectur- al applications where the anodized look is desired. Coatings eliminate color variation problems commonly associated with anodized metals.
