THE NEW DIMENSION OF 4-AXIS-MACHINING
Ideal for large, difficult to machine alloy steel and iron components, the robust, high-torque H Series machines are designed to make roughing cuts all day long while still providing finishing accuracies for XYZ positioning of 0.010mm (according to VDI/GDQ 3441). The Heller H 14000 is the top of the H-series, featuring a work area of 2400x1600x1600mm in X/Y/Z over a 1000mm pallet capable of handling a 4000kg workpiece load.
Highly robust cast-iron machine bed carries X and Z axis X axis designed as cast-iron column
NC rotary feed table moves in Z axis direction, driven by one central ball screw For all sizes: optimal force flow and thermo- symmetrical design
Powerful and precise spindle units in the Y axis. Equipped with spindle growth compensation as standard Pallet changer: highly precise even at high load Optimal chip disposal through use of 3 spiral conveyors Rapid tool change with maximum tool weight of 35 kg
High-precision linear guideways with glass scale measuring systems in all axes
