giving us the unique ability to meet any anticipated new material challenges. Customer Service and Engineering create the initial

quotation, and the Sales and Service Engineer reviews the entire package with the customer. At this stage it isn’t uncommon for our discussions to produce modifi cations as we work out the details of our proposal with you. Once an order is placed with Customer Service,

Manufacturing takes over in our highly automated facilities, producing precision-engineered tooling that is then delivered to your plant. This is the beginning of the all-important "prove out" period with our Sales and Service and Applications Engineers working side by side with you at the spindle evaluating cutting speeds and feeds, dialing in the sweet spot in the machining process, and monitoring the fi xtured part. When needed we will revise our tooling to optimize

the process. When your process is considered stable and a success, the Sales and Service Engineer completes a report with the results of testing. Our customers, at this critical "prove out" stage as with

any point up until then, have total access to Greenleaf solutions providers in Sales and Service, Applications Engineering and Design Engineering. There are no progress- robbing barriers to communication between our customers and our dedicated solutions-providing team. When parts are designed with complexity and tolerances that defy conventional material solutions, Greenleaf’s

proprietary technical ceramics off er unmatched performance for a wide range of industrial and medical wear applications. Ceramic materials possess attributes such as extreme

hardness, wear resistance, biological compatibility, heat and corrosion resistance and a wide range of electrical and dielectric properties. Greenleaf’s mastery of ceramic material technology enables us to design solutions for unique design problems in medical implant, pump, seal, and industrial metalworking wear applications.

When Your Process Is Considered Stable And A Success, The Sales And Service Engineer Completes A Report With Test Results Of Testing.
