The role will be mainly field-based with regular visits to our UK head office based in Tamworth, Staffordshire
OBJECTIVES:
• Service and support existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts within the agreed area.
• Meet individual and company sales targets.
• Work with key accounts to identify their needs and create solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Provide customers with accurate and detailed product information.
• Weekly sales reports including territory analyses to UK Country Manager.
• Customer service – investigating and solving problems promptly and professionally, reporting issues back to management where necessary.
• Contribute to the team effort with good communication to the sales office.
• You are focused on results, can follow direction and work independent to get results.

• An excellent knowledge of the angling industry, in particular the carp fishing market.
• A commercial attitude with a minimum of 4-years’ experience in a B2B sales environment
• A proactive and self-driven mind set to maximise sales
• Well presentable with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisation skills •
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
