extend its reach in online sales in 2020 as well as to enhance
its product offer, with a new plant- based private label range under the
innovative meal solutions to the growing vegan market, making it easier for shoppers to buy into meat-free options. While the total range of 35 lines will be stocked in 300 larger Co-op stores, select lines will be available in 2,000 further Co-op stores.

Over the next 12 months same-day delivery services will be made available across almost 100 towns and cities. Currently available in London and Manchester,
shop.coop.co.uk will reach 250 stores in the year, with Brighton, Bournemouth and Southampton
amongst the first new cities to get the service. Meanwhile ordering through Deliveroo will be extended to 400 stores, allowing customers to shop a range of non-perishable products for delivery within 30 minutes.

Chief executive Roger Burnley has announced that Anna-Maree Shaw will take on the role of chief customer officer.

her own company, Customer Dialogue, and is currently working at the
University of Queensland developing I
