t Daikin Applied UK (DAPUK) our mission is to strive to be the best manufacturer of high efficiency, cost effective, quality heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment. Our focus is to supply world leading applied products with innovative solutions for air handling units and a wide range of chiller products for a host of applications.

Our chiller range covers both air cooled from 10kW up to 2MW cooling capacity and water cooled products from 10kW up to 21MW district cooling applications. DAPUK’s inverter screw technology is the pinnacle of chiller design offering the highest efficiency and lowest energy consumption for the chiller plant. We also have within our range scroll chiller solutions which are an excellent alternative, particularly for smaller duty requirements – typically
below 600kW – still offering high efficiency levels at a more competitive price. For large cooling capacity applications our inverter driven centrifugal compressor water cooled chiller is the UK market leader and can deliver building cooling for more than the next 20 years.
All of these solutions have a number of optional accessories, such as noise reduction kits and further features to cover all applications needs. DAPUK’s range of solutions across the portfolio ensures that we can assess every client requirement and provide the best solution for each project.
We invest in continuous research and development programmes to ensure that our products include the latest technology advancements. This ensures that we will remain a market leader and our chillers are able to deliver building cooling in the most efficient way, reducing end users’ energy costs. The extensive research and development programme ensures that all of our chiller products are robust
and can manage any application requirement. To add further resilience, every component is fully tested before, during and after its application on our units and we perform a full load test on each chiller at our factory to ensure we maintain the highest possible standards. This approach, coupled with our fully trained in-house service division providing high standard after sale support, gives full life-cycle care for the product, therefore ensuring clients’ peace of mind.
Daikin Applied follows strict quality and assurance systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Eurovent to ensure confidence in our product quality and reliability. VZ inverter screw chiller targets UK market
DAPUK has launched the next generation of high efficiency chillers. The new inverter screw water cooled EWWD-VZ chiller, offers the highest ESEER ratings in its class.
This product launch together with the release of the air cooled EWAD-TZ-B is the latest in a range of innovative products developed by DAPUK using the in-house designed inverter screw technology. Through innovative product design DAPUK continues to support specifying consultants and end users to stay one step ahead of EU legislation and rising energy costs.
The EWWD-VZ Inverter screw chiller has been designed to target key factors within the UK market. The inverter screw technology, together with the latest flooded heat exchanger technology, ensures that the VZ series delivers customer energy savings with high full load EER and part load ESEER operation. Whilst the compact chiller designs, being less than 900mm wide enables easy installation and reduced plant room space.
With the robust inverter screw technology, the VZ series can be integrated into any application, whether cooling towers or dry air coolers and from critical installations such as data centres to commercial buildings.
