Take a 360° virtual tour with Airedale

iredale International has launched an interactive 360° virtual tour of its new manufacturing facility in Rawdon, Leeds, which has a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
The virtual tour, which uses the same technology as Google Street View, lets users step inside every aspect of the new redeveloped manufacturing and administrative facility, which was completely rebuilt following a fi re in 2013. ohnson Controls HVAC Parts is to distribute Hitachi air conditioning split systems in the UK. Contractors and installers will be able to purchase Hitachi’s high effi ciency Summit air conditioning units via Johnson Control’s EasyParts website. New customers without trade accounts can purchase equipment with a credit card, speeding up order and delivery. Alpesh Trivedi, product manager at Johnson Controls HVAC Parts, said: “The diversifi cation into air conditioning splits is a logical development, and a good complement to our established and

growing business in the chiller sector. “The EasyParts website has been an outstanding success and is being used by more and more installers to source original chiller parts. Having created and successfully developed this platform, we now want to extend the off er to further enhance its usefulness and value to the industry.” The Hitachi Summit range of split systems covers models with nominal cooling capacities from 2 to 5kW and heating capacities from 2.5 to 6kW. Units are equipped with DC inverter drives on compressors and fans, resulting in an A+ energy effi ciency rating for all models.
