Sales of caravans and motorhomes are soaring in the UK as British families see the appeal of modern leisure vehicles and are more oſten than not opting to holiday at home. This has become apparent following a successful Caravan, Camping & Motorhome show held at the NEC in Birmingham recently where many exhibitors boasted record sales.

caravans, motorhomes and caravan holiday homes were dispatched in the UK, with new motorhome regis-trations alone up by 21.1% based on data from the DVLA. “We’re delighted to see continued growth in the UK leisure vehicle market and our members will look to encourage even more people into the lifestyle,” says John Lally, director general of the NCC.
