Andesco, the event chosen to launch Xylem VUE powered by GoAigua in Latin America
From14 to 16 June, the city of Cartagena in Colombia, hosted the annual Andesco congress. This international event is the setting chosen to launch XylemVue powered by GoAigua, the technological platformresulting fromthe agreement reached between Idrica and XylemInc. in Latin America.
The Andesco congress, entitled "Public Services, ICT and TV. Connected Territories," is one of the sector'smajor international events, and this year, it is celebrating its 25th anniversary, which reflects how important it has become over the years.
Over three days, expert speakers will be
analyzing the electricity, natural gas, water, sewage, sanitation, wastemanagement, environment and sustainability, ICT and TV sectors. In addition, the event includes lectures and academic content, as well as networking activities to promote these industries.
As in previous years, Idrica were an active participant as a sponsor of the congress, contributing its experience and know-how in the digital transformation of the water cycle. However, this year's congress was different fromthe rest, as Andesco is the event chosen for the Latin American launch of the XylemVue powered by GoAigua platform, the technological solution resulting fromthe agreement between Idrica and XylemInc.
In this regard, Jaime Barba, CEO of Idrica, pointed out that this platform "combines our expertise in software and water with the global reach and digital portfolio of Xylem, offering amuch stronger solution based on the technical insights and operational

DIGITAL SUSTAINABILITY As part of this goal to drive digital transformation, NicolásMonterde, Idrica's Chief Operating Officer for Latin America, delivered the conference entitled "Digital sustainability: the future of water," which centers on explaining the keys to improving water resourcemanagement in the region and how to harness technology to tackle current and future challenges.
The congress also offered sponsors the option of a virtual stand, in addition to the physical booth, to create anothermeeting point for interested parties. In this case, Idrica has both stands to provide everyone with first-hand knowledge of the Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua solution. Idrica will be located at stand 83.
After this congress, the XylemVue powered by GoAigua platformwill have already been launched in Europe (WEX Global), theMiddle East (IFAT Eurasia), and Southeast Asia (SIWW), complying with a strategic itinerary to bring the platformto asmany people as possible and promote the digital transformation of the water sector; a challenge that is essential in the world of today.
