The judges were impressed by Click Travel’s outstanding adoption rate of its online booking tools, its excellent customer satisfaction rating and its continued investment in technology.

Tristar was deemed to be a first class entry. The judges liked the global coverage, the Platinum service guarantee, impressive accident prevention measures using innovative technology, and some good corporate social responsibility credentials, including a Sustainability Charter.

This winning entry was outstanding, highlighting an impressive network, plenty of innovation, growth, high satisfaction levels and excellent testimonials, plus the judges liked the company ethos.

The judges described Airplus as a first class leader in the sector, with a complete solution, clearly client-focused and dedicated to continuous improvement. It is a company that measures success both qualitively and quantitively.

The judges said this winner had demonstrated some significant improvements and innovation. There is also good community engagement under its corporate social responsibility programme.

New routes, especially those out of LCY, and the fact that 40 per cent of its passengers are flying for business-related reasons, highlight the fact that Flybe is an airline very much geared to the corporate market. A three-year transformation programme is showing encouraging results.
