Maguire’s dryer control software now has features
for automatic handling of sensitive materials. New dryers also use load cells to monitor process through- puts at the vacuum drying and material take-off stages of the process. He explains: “Core developments of the vacuum
drying range allow for flexibility in the heat and vacuum cycles of the drying process, which allows us to optimise the drying process for each specific material.
