PSM DATA MANAGEMENT DUPONT SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS


DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) used 2014 to launch a new holistic solution to managing process safety through an integrated, electronic platform. The customisable, real-time workflow management tool effectively captures, summarises and displays data in a clear way that offers meaningful insights and allows operational leaders to reduce the frequency and severity of incidents, increase efficiency, and cut costs.


The tool consists of individual modules, each addressing a PSM element, that can be installed singly or as a whole and are easy to integrate with existing systems. Elements include incident management, mechanical integrity, management of change, management of personnel change, and process hazards analysis, among others.

RAPID SET CRM SETCRETE


Setcrete’s high performance Rapid Set CRM provides a quick, simple, and reliable solution to damaged or worn concrete. The easy-to-use, fast-drying concrete repair comes ready to use and is suitable for both interior and exterior use.


Ideal for professional builders needing to quickly repair a damaged concrete floor or wall, the Rapid Set CRM has a working time of 15 to 20 minutes, is walk-on hard from just 60 minutes, and is ready to receive coverings from 24 hours. This is significantly quicker than using concrete, which can take up to one day to dry per millimetre of application thickness.


Designed with improved durability and freeze-thaw resistance, the compound forms a thixotropic mortar when mixed with water. This mortar can be easily applied in thicknesses from 3mm to 50mm horizontally, and up to 10mm vertically unfilled, in a single application.
