3M’s Nomad Optima+ Entrance Matting is so hard-working and durable that it comes with a fi ve-year performance guarantee. Precision-engineered for extreme traffi c conditions, Nomad Optima+ Entrance Matting is constructed from hardwearing aluminium profi les, in-fi lled with 3M Nomad Aqua Series 85 textile or rubber.
Unlike traditional entrance matting, which allows dirt and moisture to sit on the surface and be tracked into the building, 3M’s dual-fi bre loop system simultaneously scrapes off dirt and absorbs moisture from the soles of shoes, retaining it within the mat’s structure. The benefi ts can be measured in reduced cleaning costs, less fl oor damage, and fewer slips, trips and potential compensation claims.
Nomad Optima+ Entrance Matting is available with open or closed mat construction, and a choice of rail heights for interior recessed well applications. ONESPACE REDSTONE
OneSpace is a smart technology-based solution aimed at helping building owners and occupiers reduce their operating costs (rent, service costs and utilities) and encouraging staff collaboration and greater productivity.
OneSpace includes online desk booking, occupancy management and meeting room booking systems which allow employees to book the appropriate space they require in the offi ce, as and when they need it. It also manages the power allocated to each specifi c workstation, so will only power up once the desk has been allocated and then log the employee on to the IP phone at that workstation.
These systems then log the amount of time a desk or meeting room is used for so that the facilities manager or business owner can analyse the data to accurately assess how effectively space is being used on a daily basis and plan for future requirements.
OneSpace gives business owners the complete picture of how their business premises is being used which allows them to assess if their existing property is right for their needs. If the data shows that a high percentage of offi ce space is regularly under-utilised then it makes fi nancial sense to relocate to a smaller offi ce space or sublet free space.
