London-based, Principle Cleaning has long been a supporter of Corporate Social Responsibility and this further endorses the company’s commitment.
Without support and carefully designed interventions, candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds can often lack awareness of the work place environment, job opportunities, employer’s expectations, confidence and communication skills and as a result can experience long term unemployment.
Principle Cleaning recently opened the doors to the site of one of its clients, Lloyd’s of London, hosting three East London Foundation trust users sourced through Broadgate Connect which included an overview of Lloyd’s and Principle Cleaning’s logistics, cleaning roles available and employer’s expectations.
