While You’re In Town


For many visitors to the Cleaning Show this year, it represents not only a few days out of the office or a chance to meet with some of the big names in our industry, but a chance to head down to our nation’s capital. And while the show is obviously the main reason for us all to be there, London has so much to offer for guests and exhibitors alike once proceedings are brought to a close each day.


The city is home to some of the most well known landmarks in the world, as well as hundreds of theatres and thousands of bars and restaurants, so there should be plenty for you to get up to in the evenings, whether it be a trip to the West End or a spot of sightseeing.


Here, we have a look at just a sample of what London has to offer while you’re in town.

The London Eye


One of the most iconic tourist destinations in the city, the London Eye boasts fantastic panoramic views of the city that are sure to be just as breathtaking when the sun goes down. Located on the banks of the Thames, just a stones throw from the Houses of Parliament, the Eye is open until 8.30pm each night, and is one of the must-visit destinations to those first-time visitors to the capital.
