Hurrah! Summer is officially here - Mintt 2017 is open!
You know that summer is finally here when your favourite Chiringuito on the beach opens for the new season.
And it is … Mintt Javea is now open again serving all our favourites and a few new surprises. Can you believe it is now their 8th year? But due to increasing difficulties with regulatory bodies it is proving harder and harder to get a Chiringuito licence each year so this may be the last – so enjoy Mintt while you can and make 2017 the best year ever.
Weekly Specials The Mintt team are all set and ready to serve you while you enjoy the beautiful sea views and relax to the sound of the waves and chilled-out ambience during the day and party atmosphere at night.
They serve food and drink all day and night from 9.30 am until late, and they will be offering weekly specials from Tapas to Cocktails and selected Wines, to speciality Gin & Tonics of the moment.
Mintt Adventure
Why not take the hassle out of organising your fun at the seaside this year? As before, Mintt can organise all manner of excursions and hire packages, all at great rates. From private boat parties, jet skis, kayaks, speedboats, all with the option of including food and drink packages, and all can be tailored to your group’s needs and organised for you.
Tried and Tested by Female Focus! Last year Roddy from Female Focus wanted to do something a little different for his birthday and asked Leo to organise something special. As a group of 6 adults we were welcomed by Leo, given a cool box and drinks tailored to our preferences and guided to the nearby jetty beside the Parador Hotel. We were welcomed by our skipper for the afternoon and before long we were all aboard our very comfortable rib and were off to see the coast from a different viewpoint. We were taken to see caves and islands, and then to a quiet cove to stop and enjoy our drinks and a swim with an amazing school of fish. Then back to shore to a table at Mintt reserved for us with more drinks and a paella included in the package. A great afternoon and evening which will be remembered for a long time to come and we were amazed at the good value. With everything organised for us, we felt truly spoilt, and for certain this year we will be enjoying another excursion with Mintt.
