90% Thomson 64 NEW GEORGE STREET
This agency’s shop window could have been a bit more enticing. I initially thought it was closed. I was welcomed
straight away by an efficient and helpful agent. She asked lots of questions, and was knowledgeable about Crete. The agent was able to provide plenty of information without needing to do any research. I was quoted £3,820 to
stay at the Imperial Belvedere Hotel. I would have been happy to book here.

Thomas Cook 63 CORNWALL STREET
The shop was dark and not particularly welcoming. An agent,
who was friendly but not enthusiastic, offered me assistance straight away. I was asked basic questions and the agent promised to email me. I wasn’t given anything to take away. I was sent a list of seven quotes, ranging
from £979 to £1,390 per person, but it didn’t feel as though much effort had gone into compiling the information.
Peter Goord Travel 443 CROWNHILL ROAD
I was acknowledged and greeted straight away by a friendly and helpful agent. She was enthusiastic about my trip and seemed eager to find me the best holiday. I was
asked lots of questions and the agent seemed to know the destination well. I was given good advice, backed up with brochures to take away. The
agent gave me four quotes, ranging from £4,072 for the Sentido Pearl
Beach to £4,690 for the Stella Palace. The agent didn’t try to close the deal, but instead encouraged me to return after speaking to my family. I couldn’t think of anything that would have improved my visit to this agency.
