We know everyone in this industry works hard so it’s brilliant to have the opportunity to have a really great night out to thank our industry partners, and to meet new ones too!

Q. What are the big developments for you as a business at the moment? A. We have introduced a brand new destination, Texas, as part of our 2017 US & Canada product offering. We have also significantly expanded our 2017 Asia programme with the introduction of three destinations – India, Sri Lanka and Laos – plus nine new itineraries. We are celebrating the fact more than 100 itineraries across our entire programme have received 100% Guest Satisfaction Ratings. We will also soon be welcoming Ruth Hilton as our new sales and business development director for the UK and Ireland, and we’re also looking forward to the launch of our 2017 European programme later in the year.


Q. What are the big product focuses for you? A. Our CostSaver brand has seen excellent growth since its launch in 2015, so we will work to continue its success. We’re also keen to continue positioning ourselves as the USA specialist, especially on the back of the launch of our new destination, Texas,
