Both weight and exercise goals are very important in the beginning, said Jerry McDonald, a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
“They help keep you on track until a habit is formed,” said McDonald, who also co-owns the Mountain Home Athletic Club, 514 Coley Dr.
