a couple more original tunes, along with apt cov- ers of the Allman Brothers Band’s “You Don’t Love Me,” Dylan’s “Knockin’ On Heven’s Door” and “Spooky “ by the Atlanta Rhythm Section/Classics IV. Silver Travis has always had a knack for duplicating the classic southern rock sound of The Marshall Tucker Band, and their “Blue Ridge Mountain Skies” was hot. The band invited Michael Buffalo Smith onto the stage to sing the set closer, “Can’t You See.” (It’s always an hoinor and a good time! - MBS) Set two began with “Chain Gang,” a cut


from the new album that has a very Lynyrd Skynyrd vibe, and a truly rocking song that lead into an actual Skynyrd song, “Sweet Home Ala- bama,” followed by another MTB hit, “This Ol’ Cowboy.” Set two would include more originals along with “the South’s greatest hits” including an awesome “Runnin Like the Wind,” “Call Me the Breeze,” “Third Rate Romance,” and even ZZ Top’s “I Thank You.” Randall Calvert lead the band in a rockin’ and rollin’ “Jailhouse Rock,” and the band did a great cover of Clapton’s “Tula Time” before tearing the place down with their perinial show closer, The Allman Brothers Band’s “Southbound.” The excitement was still hanging in the air
