We have decided to rebrand ‘Nicolites’ to ‘Nicocig’, paying tribute to Nicocigs Ltd. the leading company that we are proud to have built over the past 8 years.
What to expect • Health warnings will be present on all packaging to meet new legislation • New boxed packaging will replace all blister packs • All of our E-liquids will now be sourced from within the European Union.
• Disposable products will now contain a re-usable battery reducing our environmental footprint.
• New Berry flavour cartomiser will replace Cherry.
TPD Reminder Health Warnings
By May 2017 all e-cigarette products in all stores across the UK will need to have a health warning covering 30 percent of the front and back sides of the product’s packaging and contain the words “This product contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance.”
Non-compliant products will not be able to be sold as of May 2017.
Product Restrictions
Nicotine strength will also be restricted to a maximum of 20mg/ml.
No more offer promotions on
packaging E-cigarette producers or brand owners will no longer be able to produce packs featuring or containing promotional offers such as discounted products or 2 for 1 offers, but...
You can keep your POS
materials In-store promotional leaflets and posters will be permitted and you will be able to continue to decorate your store with posters, window stickers and more.
