CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD (1-3 PHARMACIES)


Outstanding customer service is vital for the continued success of any business. This Award will recognise the pharmacy that can demonstrate commitment to providing the very highest level of customer service and in doing so be described as truly customer focused.


WHO CAN ENTER?


This awards is open to all independently owned pharmacies, with 1-3 stores, who want to be recognised for their outstanding customer service.


The winner will be able to demonstrate how well they care for their customers through their individuality, innovation in product provision, merchandising and focus on customer needs.


GENERAL AWARDS CRITERIA


• This Award is in recognition of pharmacies with a genuine and innovative focus on customer service and care.


• It is designed for those who can demonstrate excellent customer service and achievement within that field.


• Judging criteria will include customer service objectives and strategy. • Judging is carried out by a Mystery Shopping Company


• A mystery shopper will visit your store and get a sampling of your service. Your store is then scored accordingly based on the level of service the shopper receives.


YOU MAY BE SCORED ON THE FOLLOWING FACTORS:


• Presentation of the store both interior and exterior. • Accessibility of the pharmacist: Is it easy to speak with the pharmacist when necessary?


• Level of customer care demonstrated by the staff within the store: Have they asked the right questions?


HOW TO ENTER If you enter more than one category you must complete a separate application form for each category.


• Complete all fields within application, including a photograph and list of local newspapers


• Send a maximum of six photographs along with any additional material to support your application.


AT LEAST ONE GOOD QUALITY PHOTOGRAPH OF ENTRANT/TEAM/STORE MUST BE INCLUDED OR APPLICATION CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

WHO CAN ENTER? This award is open to group pharmacies, with four or more branches throughout Northern Ireland, who wants to be recognised for their exceptional customer service


GENERAL AWARDS CRITERIA This Award is in recognition of pharmacies with a genuine and innovative focus on customer service and care. It is designed for those who can demonstrate excellent customer service and achievement within that field.


Maximum of 5 branches from the one pharmacy group can be entered into this awards category.


Judging criteria will include customer service objectives and strategy. Judging is carried out by a Mystery Shopping Company

WOCKHARDT UK IS ONCE AGAIN DELIGHTED, TO BE SUPPORTING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE (4+) CATEGORY AT THIS YEAR’S PHARMACY IN FOCUS AWARDS.


Customer Service plays a pivotal role in the success of any business, and this category will recognise the first class service provided to patients by community pharmacy to the 120,000 people per day visiting a pharmacy in Northern Ireland.
