The Lord Mayor’s Ball will be held on Friday, 24 June, in the Banqueting Suite of Birmingham Council House. Tickets for this black-tie event cost £80 each

and include a three-course meal, entertainment and dancing. It is being held on the eve of Armed

Forces Day, and has a military theme. Lord Mayor elect Cllr Carl Rice

(pictured) said: “This event is one of the highlights of the year in Birmingham and, as well as supporting a number of good causes right here in Birmingham, I can promise the guests a wonderful evening. “So if you’re looking to entertain clients, make new contacts from

across the city or simply have a great night out, this is the perfect event.”
