of Cadbury World’s exclusive Chocolatier Experience set to be launched on 11 June, showcasing an array of techniques dating back to the 19th Century. Led by Cadbury World
chocolatiers, the brand new workshop provides the opportunity to experience the magic of Cadbury chocolate first-hand. The two-hour session features a hands-on lesson in the art of chocolate making, from the history and science behind it, to tasting dark, milk and white chocolate to better understand the processes used to create each variety. The chocolatiers-in-training will
also learn the tips and techniques for tempering chocolate ready for moulding, before putting their newfound skills into practice by preparing and filling their own set of individual chocolates. Whilst their handiwork may look
too good to eat, the novice chocolatiers will each walk away with their moulded chocolates and

Alliance Surgical, the leading independent healthcare group, is expanding by taking additional space within 54 Hagley Road, Edgbaston. The group has acquired additional
space by moving into the 10th floor of the office complex after agreeing a ten-year lease for 2,223 sq ft of space in the east wing. The company already occupies
