SHEPPY’S CIDER
l Sheppy’s Oak Matured Vintage Cider - multi award winning, premium quality craft cider, made just the way it should be. Like all of Sheppy’s ciders, Vintage is gluten free. Made using apples from a single harvest at Sheppy’s family farm - Three Bridges Farm, near Taunton in Somerset. The apple varieties include Yarlington Mill, Chisel Jersey and Tremlett’s Bitter, amongst others - which are blended to create a complex traditional cider taste with a balance of tannins, acidity and sweetness. Naturally fermented and matured in oak vats - many of which are more than 100 years old - it is a fine and full flavoured cider. Available in a 500ml bottle,
