Seggiano is the name of the small hilltop village on Monte Amiata in southern Tuscany, where Peri Eagleton and David Harrison have farmed organic olives since 1985. Peter’s Yard will offi cially launch their three new baked crispbread bites; Sea Salt, Five Seed and Cumin & Nigella Seed. The new crispbread bites have been developed for various snacking occasions: the perfect base for bite-sized canapés, enjoyed as a snack but they really come into their own when served alongside a dip, as their size and texture make them perfect for dipping. Peter’s Yard will also display their authentic Swedish crispbread made in the UK using a traditional Swedish recipe. All Peter’s Yard’s crispbread use a classic sourdough recipe that is naturally high in fi bre and contains all-natural ingredients. A variety of crispbread and pack sizes will be displayed including the original recipe crispbread plus the two fl avoured variants: Seeded Wholegrain and Spelt & Fig. At the 2015 Great Taste
