INTR O FACE TO FACE INTRODUCING THE 2015 SCOTTISH DENTAL WHO’S WHO  BRUCE OXLEY W

elcome to the first standalone Scottish Dental Who’s Who publication. In previous years we have run this as a feature in

the main Scottish Dental magazine but, this year, we’ve decided to create a brand new magazine for the profession and industry in Scotland. Tere will be some familiar faces

across the following pages and, given the nature of the profession

in Scotland, you will no doubt have rubbed shoulders with, referred patients to or studied alongside at least a few of the venerable individ- uals that are featured. However, before we get to the

main body of the listings, we’d like to introduce you to some of the faces that you will be able to see at the 2016 Scottish Dental Show, which will again be held at Braehead Arena in Glasgow on 13-14 May. Registration for the event is

now open and there are up to nine hours of verifiable CPD available to delegates, including CORE CPD sessions on radiography, safeguarding, decontamination, mouth cancer and legal and ethical issues. I hope you enjoy this new publication and I look forward to seeing you at the show in May.
