Dunblane Centre NEwsletter
Message from Gemma, Centre Manager
Happy November everyone – I can’t believe how fast this year has gone. November means dark nights, too cold to be outside so make sure you’re up to date with all that we have going on at the Centre to keep you occupied. We have seen so many new activities recently, both Centre run and local people running local groups which is incredibly exciting. Our fi tness evening was great and we’ve made some changes to our timetable with an exciting new addition – PiYO!
“Who says you have to jump, grunt, strain, and punish your body to get amazing results from your workout? Not with PiYo… PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-fi rming benefi ts of Pilates with the strength and fl exibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defi ned”
This new class will be on Saturdays at 11am (for 45mins). Be sure to pick up a copy of the full timetable from the Centre.
