Saturday 25th April, Rosenethe Singers, 7.30 pm, Dunblane Cathedral. ‘Sacred and Profane’. The Rosenethe Singers present a gala concert of music, in a variety of styles, drawn from their repertoire as they bring to a close the celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the choir. The programme will include works by Purcell, Bach (choruses from ‘St John Passion’), Handel (Zadok the Priest and excerpts from ‘Messiah’), Mendelssohn (excerpt from ‘Elijah’), Rachmaninov (movements from ‘Vespers’), Stanford (‘The Blue Bird’), Parry, Rutter and others. Tickets £12 (Concessions £10) may be booked via the choir’s website

Saturday 25th April, Coffee Morning from 10 am till 12 noon in the Dunblane Christian Fellowship Church. All proceeds will go to the Scottish Bible Society.
