Oh my, we have reached my most favourite time of year!! EASTER.... read ‘a happy period where there is no need to make excuses when eating chocolate’ bliss.....


It may have been noticed that


I have a fondness of a particular purple wrappered variety and those who know me well, often come armed with said confectionery when wanting a favour, knowing that I am powerless to refuse. It is an addiction without a doubt, and a friend of mine, fully trained in these mysterious arts tells me she can cure me. My waist band and general wellbeing should make me listen and take her up on her off er, BUT I really like chocolate. I tell myself that I could have worse vices, and reaching for a square (or three!) of chocolate fi rst thing in the morning is better than a cigarette or indeed gin. Mind you, if Cadbury’s carry on changing things, I may not need to be cured.... I mean what’s the point of enduring the sickly middle of a creme egg, if not to savour the delicious Dairy Milk which encases it? Until they change it all though, may I wish fellow chocoholics a most fabulous and indulgent Easter!!


A big thanks to those who have supported our Quiz & Curry night. We were fully booked well in advance and are hoping to raise lots for this amazing charity.
